Cancellation and Refund Policy

Student Default: Default Definition: A student is deemed to have defaulted if: the course has commenced and do not defer/cancel before the start date; or, deferring their studies more than once; or, do not start on the course commencement date; or, fail to notify OIHE in wiriting of any circumtance affecting their enrolment or ability to comply with the Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.
